Update and Pur Minerals!!!

Hi Dolls!!!

Its been a while(actually a century) since I lasted posted on my blog. I have had so much stuff going on that I set aside my blogging. I'm back though and I'm excited. I have been spending so much family time with my kids especially since they had 2 months off for summer. I got such a great tan this year and now its fading. I have been experimenting with alot of foundation but so far I have 2 that i love and use constantly. I have been loving my Bare Escentuals Ready eye shadows. They are awesome and have such great pigmentation. I also use Tartes palettes I got many months ago. I started recording again but with a NEW camera. A Canon SX40hs!!!! My hubby got this for me and I'm loving it. Its an awesome camera and records videos on 1080hd. So the quality is way better but it does take time to upload on YouTube. I will probably make a video talking about the camera.

Pur Minerals has popped up back into my life after being gone for 4 years. I use to wear their old 4n1 Powder Foundation. I liked them alot but the color was a bit off for me. So i moved on, so i thought ;)
I currently started looking at this company again when I heard they came out with a new 4 n 1 powder with skin care properties. I didn't buy it but I have been following them on Facebook. So about a month ago they came out with their NEW 4-n-1 Liquid Foundation. I am so excited to try this out.It claims it wears for 14 hours! Well i went ahead and ordered it with their new BALANCING ACT OIL CONTROL POWDER. This powder is the greatest thing ever.Well i ordered Light Tan for the foundation but when I received it I realized it was too light on me. So i sent it back for an exchange. Ten day later after they received it,  I still had not heard from them. I called their customer service and I was told it was not processed yet and that it takes 6 WEEKS to PROCESS and EXCHANGE!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!

I was upset and confused at the same time. So I went on facebook and commented on their page about this issue. They commented back saying they would contact Customer Service and have this taken care of ASAP. Well i said Thank You and figured I wouldn't hear from them for a week. Well I WAS WRONG! A few hours later i received a phone call from Pur Minerals and they were ready to process my order and gave me mu order number.

All I can say is that they are AWESOME and truly care about their customers. I have never experienced this before other than with Juice Beauty about 2 weeks ago. This is another AWESOME company. These 2 companies really care and will go all the way to help the customer.

New Facebook Page and My New Youtube Vlog Channel!

Hi Dolls!

Well I have FINALLY done the TWO things I have been promising for a while now. I have created a Facebook Page and my Second Channel on YouTube!!! 'Im so excited about these two things I have created. I have really been lazy trying to do this but I committed myself and I told myself I would do it this weekend and I did!!

So lets start talking about my NEW FACEBOOK PAGE. I have a facebook account but I have it set on private. Its more for my personal life and family & friends. So I told myself I needed a page that anyone can reach me and contact me through. I want you to be able to follow me and also see what I can do. So basically this page will be based on my makeup and beauty world. I will be talking and updating on new trends and fashion as well. YouTube is a huge part of my life that i intend to pay more attention to and never stray away from. YouTube has helped me become more confident and sure of myself. It helped me get out of the depression I was in when I was breaking out horribly and felt lost. So YouTube is very important to me. I decided I wanted to share another part of my life that didn't include makeup and all the glamour. I wanted to share my personal life. My daily life as a mom and wife. My life that I love and live for. My kids and husband are what motivates and love to see grow. So the hubby and I decided it would be great to create another channel that followed our DAILY LIFE! Update Dolls!!!

Hey Dolls, How are you doing? Well so much has been going on in my life. Well we just celebrated our wedding anniversary on Valentines Day. We got married on Valentines 7 years ago. We have been together for 9 YEARS and yet couldn't believe how time has flown by. The hubby and have have been going to the gym for a month and he has lost 14 pounds already!! I'm so proud of him. I have not weighed myself so i don't know how much i have lost. So last week i went to Milwaukee to visit my mom and sister. I unfortunately went on a bad time. They were all sick with a virus that spread like weeds. We did hang out and go out and i thought i was careful enough to not get sick. Well that was a mistake. The day i was coming home i got so sick i almost passed out a few times. I was drinking alka-seltzer and popping pepto bismol tablets like candy. I had the chills,body aches,fever and was nauseous. I had a 3 hour layover in Chicago and then a 4.5 hour flight back to San Diego. It was such a horrible ordeal and never want to experience that again. Yesterday was the first day i felt well and was able to go to the gym and work out with the hubby. Hoping i can get back to my YouTube videos this coming week. Miss you and will post soon. Frustrated!!!!!

I have been trying to upload my qvc video for 2 days now and it just wont upload!!!!! YouTube sometimes has issues but this is pathetic. Right now I'm uploading it again and its says 42% has uploaded and i still have 519 minutes to go on the upload!! Really? So anyways, i apologize for this especially since i have 2 more videos to edit and upload. Well i guess i will see how it goes and try to stay sane :) 

On a good note,i just got pictures from my Sis Tiffany and i got to see my cute Nephew Jake. He is growing up way to fast. I have to see him soon before he starts running all over the place!!! My daughter Mya missed all this week of school due to having a Sinus Infection. This sucked but at least Maximus had his sister for another week to himself. Starting next week Maximus will have to spend his time with me only.

I hope everyone had an awesome New Year! I wish we all have a better year and live life to the fullest.
